Return and Refund Policy
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with KAIZA. The period is calculated from the day you receive your item.
How to return
- Write to us at kaiza.bags@gmail.com and state that you wish to return an item.
- We will confirm your request and send instructions on how and where the item should be sent.
- Return the item no later than 14 days after you have notified us.
Item requirements
- Must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
- Must be in original packaging.
Important
- We cannot accept returns sent without prior agreement.
- The customer pays for shipping costs for returns.
Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at kaiza.bags@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at kaiza.bags@gmail.com.
