Payment
We accept the following payment methods: Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay and MobilePay.

Delivery
We ship throughout Denmark with GLS. Delivery time: usually 2–5 business days.

Shipping prices
We offer three shipping prices for Denmark:

• GLS Home delivery: DKK 49
• GLS Parcel shop: DKK 39
• Pickup at KAIZA (Emdrup): Free.
  • The pickup address will only be provided after completing the purchase and is located in Nordhavn.
  • After purchase, you will be contacted by e-mail to arrange a pickup time and other details.
  • Pickup can take place within 2-5 business days by appointment.
    

Complaints
You have a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
Please contact us as soon as possible at kaiza.bags@gmail.com if you wish to file a complaint.

Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.
